This never been expected from TATA.. I don't know whether you guys going to take this seriously or no. I had my second service on 5/07/2021.. After exact 4 days I had my luggage and when I opened boot I couldn't close it.. next Monday as in 12/07/2021 I went to service center Hubli. Advisor saying it's common because car right .. what the heck is it joke ?? How latch would get problem so soon . Then they didn't have spare asked me to come on 13/07/2021 .. I am very disappointed. I have better work to do I have office I can't come n go service center over and over. This is not expected. I had huge respect on TATA swear taken safari test drive also . Now I feel I was wrong perspective towards TATA... It's a brand new car n this issue is common this is what the answer you guys give to customers ha. This would be small issue for many but not for me. Bcz it's not even been 1 year also.
