[Resolved] Tata Motors — nexon xz+ knocking noise and jerks while driving

I purchased the vehicle 1 yr back. After 2 free service my car started to make knocking noise like cut-cut-cut-cut on acceleration. Sudden jerks also comes up on acceleration below 2000 rpm. While accelerating sometimes black smoke comes out.

On every service i pointed out all the above points but every time i was told that “Your vehicle is running fine, this is merely a tuning issue”. If it was a tuning issue then why every time it is required??

It feels very disheartening and i have never expected such behaviour from a reputed brand like TATA MOTORS.

The backbone of any product based company is SERVICE only. If a company is unable to serve there customer properly then it becomes impossible to stand as a market leader.

Hoping for the best...!!!
