Tata Motors — No Refund Received | |||
I booked Tata nexon XZ+ from Bafna Motors Tata motors, wakdewadi branch by giving the token amount of 11k on 18th Dec 2020.I was told the car will be delivered within 2 months I.e by feb I will get the car .But the agent Rohit inamdar gave false promises and march started still no expected date of delivery.So I cancelled my booking on 8th March 2021 by dropping a mail to the concerned person. But now they are not giving my refund 11k even after waiting for more than two and half month.Also they are not receiving the calls as well. I want my refund back. Very bad experience from tata motors that they don't check their dealerships activities.Very sad to see that tata motors have such fraud dealerships.Customer satisfaction poor.
