Tata Motors — no spare parts in Tata Motors

I am having a tata indica tourist car, I met with an accident, my car was damaged. I have given my car in tata motors authorized service station (wasan motors) Mumbai. So that my work will be done fast. I have given my car in service station on 15th of may 2015. I got an approval from my insurance company on the next day(16/05/2015). But till yet tata motors have not done my work. And their service advisor is giving me pethetic reason that they don't have the spare parts in stock. And now they are not bothered to take my call to answer me what's happening. From last 15 days my car is standing at their place, and on this 2nd June their emi will hit my account. As if my loan is from tata motors finance.How will I manage to pay their amount. Please help me out for the same Regards Suhail kasim
