[Resolved] Tata Motors — non availability of service advisor | |||
We have been waiting for a service advisor for last one hour from 1.00 pm. The excuse which we have been hearing is that they are in some training. On a weekend do you advise your service engineers to go on trainings. My car storme is facing some radiator leakage on the run, am i supposed to take prior appointment for even such work and then visit a service centre. Please look into it... This is my 4th car from your stable.. Atleast the car should be taken inside the service centre... Was this information helpful? | |||
