Tata Motors — Non-availability of spares for tata nano

I have given my nano bearing registration number : ap07av7777 for service on 18/07/2016. I was having a long pending complaint regarding non-functioning of central locking which i have been complaining during last one year. Always i got a reply that necessary spares for nano are not being supplied by the company. On 18/07/2016 i have complained same problem while handing over the vehicle for service. Initially, i was informed that it is not their job to rectify central locking. When i informed that the vehicle came with factory fitted central locking ans they have to take up the job to rectify the problem, they agreed to do. But to my surprise, while handing over the vehicle, i was given same reply as earlier, i. E., non-availability/supply of spares. They informed that the order has been placed and that i would be informed after receipt of the same. 4 months lapsed, i am still getting the answer that the part is awaited from the company, whenever i enquire about it.
