[Resolved] Tata Motors — non delivery of new car | |||
Dear Sir, We have booked Tata Sumo Gold GX car in KHT motors Domlur Bangalore on 30 Aug 2018 for Rs. 25000. Then on 17 we have paid down payment of 2.75 lakhs and bank approved a loan of 7.5 lakhs. We paid all the full amount to the dealer of Rs. 10.5 lakhs. But still now we are not able to get our vehicle. When we enquired the speak rudy with us with bad words and telling us that they couldnt tract the vehicle. kindly help us regarding this either refund our full payment and deliver us our vehicle immediately.
