I have booked tata harrier xz dark edition from punit automobile mumbai through csd. I have completed all the formalities and had taken a loan of 1000000 and disbursed the cost of vehicle to csd fort mumbai. The day i was about to go to take delivery i was informed that that vehicle is not present with csd as the prices have increased. I had not received any prior information neither from dealer nor from tata. I have booked the vehicle on 25th july that is 15 days before price rise.Due to mis communication between dealer and corporation tata i have been made to suffer and being asked for settle for some other colour. Its a sheer betrayal from tata and brings a trust issue with the brand. Both the showroom and corporation is not able explain the reason. Its been 3 days and i m not being guided so as to what can be done inspite of being aware that i have taken a loan which has been disbursed to csd and for which i will be paying emi from next month without getting vehicle. Its a sheer loss at my part. Pls look into the matter urgently and help me to get the booked vehicle.
