Tata Motors — Non delivery of vehicle after payment

Respected sir,
I have booked Tata altroz from Shankar motor bhagalpur by pay booking amount rs 11001/- on 16 Feb 2022. I got the availability certificate by dealer. When I paid full amount then dealer refused to deliver the vehicle. After nearly 5 months vehicle has not been delivered to me. When I contacted to Mr Aman staff of Shankar motor, he told me that certificate issued to you is false and after that he stop picking my phone. It means vehicle allotted to me has been sold to some other person. If it is like so then what is the use of booking the vehicle. Also during booking I was told 5 to 6 week as wating period. Now it going to be more than 5 months.
I want to know why this type of treatment has been given to me after paying full amount.
