[Resolved] Tata Motors — non functioning of ac & car not taking race | |||
Dear Sir, I purchased Tigor XT on 29th June 2017 Number UP 32JA 2763, while travelling to NOIDA from Lucknow on 2nd of June 2019 at around 10.00 AM, AC become non functional only air was coming, i have to open window glass to travel further 250 km. While returning on 4th June, after around 180 km the car was not taking he race though engine was working.I contacted to your call center and got assistance & took my car to Naval Motors Mathura. They checked and repaired the malfunction error. I was bound to stay at Mathura just be on safer side. Next morning i moved to further, again after 120km problem repeated, again i visited to Ashoka Motors Agra.There they again checked and did some testing. Now it was very risky for me to travel on expressway, so i took long root.The worst thing in my travel the AC was not working properly. My car was serviced on 23rd may at SRM motors Lucknow.
