Outstanding amount for rs.9022/- money receipt

Dear sir,

1. It is to inform you that i undersigned has been purchased a car tata tiago from your enterprises on 01 jul 2016 and i have paid against the car total amount rs. 557214/- (Rupees five lakhs fifty seven thousand two hundred fourteen) vide your money receipt no 15781 dated 01 jul 2016 for rs.5, 16, 350/- (Rupees five lakh sixteen thousand three hundred fifty), no 15781 dated 01 jul 2016 & rs. 30864/- (Rupees thirty thousand eight hundred sixty four only) and 15730 dated rs. 10000/- respectively. But some amount money receipt still outstanding of above amount which paid by me. Details of payment are as under:-

2.in view of above it inform you that bal amount shown outstanding in para 3 rs 9022/- (Rupees nine thousand twenty two only) neither received electronic money receipt nor any details received so far.

3. You are requested to clarify actual amount expenditure details for rs. 9022/- and fwd money receipt of electronic soft copy /hard copy for maintain my own record.

4. Your kind co-operation and prompt action on the issue will be highly solicited.
