Tata Motors — not caring of my car at the time of servicing

I prasanna v. Palaskar tata zest (Mh-37 g 6380) resident of karanja (Lad) pin.444105, when put my car for free checkup at satish motors akola, with no complaint, on dated 16/11/2017, i was told for oil change & alignment which i agreed. After servicing, when i drived my car at 6 pm, irealised that car stearing was not balanced & it was forcefully (Automatically) driving on left side. Then i made a phone call to my service provider but he didn't received it. I have to go to karanja (Lad) 80km.'s far from akola. And today i aproached to satish motors akola to resolve the problem arisen after servicing the service provider told me the estimate of rs.8500/- for bushing & headlight. Which he didn't told me yesterday. Due to which i have to drive to & fro of 80+80=160km. To karanja with driver. If it should have been carefully checked yesterday i should not have to suffer the things happened.
If possible please solve my problem & make me with tata again. Whereas i am using tata cars 8 years. My personal opinion is that there is a big issue in workshop of satish motors.
