Tata Motors — Not Delivered the vehicle even after 4 months

Dear Tata Motors,

This is Hrudananda Sahu based out of Bangalore.

I booked Nexon XMA Red Color on 2nd April 2021and today it's 22nd July 2021(111 days, 16 Weeks), there is no update from the dealer(KROPEX Auto Pvt Ltd, Hosur Road Bangalore 560100).

I also got the information from the dealer that if the vehicle is not delivered within 31st July then I have to pay more as per the new pricing.

May I kindly request you expedite and deliver the vehicle at the earliest.

I have raised complaint #[protected]

Attaching the Booking Order and advance receipts as supporting documents.

This is really disappointing to see the kind of service from both Tata Motors and Kropex Auto.

I am not entirely sure how effective this platform "Consumer Complaints" is!

I just saw an update that the issues have been communicated with Tata Motors consumer service!

There is no progress on this topic for the last one week.
