Dear Customer care Team,
PUNCH booking on 16th Nov 2021 in Ananya Motors, at Hajipur location . Given updates from dealer that your vehicle is in transit but not given to me. They are telling that you cancel so we give it to another customer but they given that vehicle to one of their staff relative. Now they are hiding truth and saying
Tata motors are not delivering the vehicle to dealers on time so we are not able to deliver the vehicle .
Please let me know when Tata Motors deliver that particular vehicle with my name how dealer given that to another customer without my cancellation letter. Why ananya motors Hajipur not refund my booking amount if I cancelled vehicle. Can I get the update from the Tata Motors for getting my vehicle .
This is really very frustrating.
