Tata Motors — Not received #dark merchandise

Hello Team,

I have bought Tata Nexon XZ+ Dark Edition from Rudra Motors Pune but not received Dark Merchandise yet.

Can you please let me know the procedure to procure these merchandise because I was told that it will be delivered to my postal address via Post/Currier.
