I have purchased 1 Tata Motors Car service centre, Salap, West Bengal via a sub dealer of Tata motors Chinsurah on 15th Aug, 2021 . Got delivery on October 22, but till date I have not received my Blue Book .
My Registration no is WB16BF 7202 .
I have informed so many times, but still they are unable to provide . Now for the last 1 month they are not receiving my phone calls also . My RTO is Hooghly, West Bengal
Please help me or suggest me if I have to take any legal action .
