[Resolved] Tata Motors — not refunding booking amount even though cancelled the car. | |
Respected sir, I am your customer of tata tigor car which is purchased from nerul, mumbai. The distance of showroom is far away from my residence even though preferred that showroom because since long back the showroom named sudarshan motors, kalyan not refunded my booking amount of 5000 rs. Till as on date, answering that due to tata's policy 5000rs. Penalty on cancellation of car (Tata nexon) which is totally fake. We have requested them to withdraw penalty as my grandfather passed away so i was in great distress and have to postponed the car purchasing but they denied to refund the booking amount hence i'm extending my complaint regarding sudarshan motors, kalyan.
