Tata Motors — Not refunding booking amount Rs.5000/- | |||
Most of the car dealers are fully/partly operational in town and offering customer service inspite of the lockdown, however we fail to understand why a dealer like Wasan Motors is lacking in customer service. While I am not a direct customer of Tata Motors, I do respect the brand for the trust and the quality that it offers to their customers. Please do not disappoint us on this and act fast on our request. We had paid Rs.5000 as a booking amount and from past two months we are sending mails but they are not corresponding to it and have mentioned their team is not available citing corona.Although, we know the shutter of Wasan Motors is open for customers who wish to buy car and closed for people who wants their booking amount.
