Tata Motors — On cancelation of Booking prior to delivery time not refunding the amount | |||
Sir, I was Booked Tata Nexon from Grover Trade Links(P) Ltd. Breilly (UP) on 09th Dec 20 and I paid 21000/- for Booking amount for that. there was 1-2 month waiting in vehicle delivery so that dealer was give a estimate delivery date 10th Jan 21. But I have made a cancel request for the vehicle on 25 Dec 20 due to some family requirements than dealer denied about the full amount refunds and he told me about 5000/- cancelation charges will be remain and refund will be 16000/- only . I have asked about terms about cancelation of booking than he told me to check Booking receipt after checking of same there is no terms and conditions on booking receipt about the cancelation charges. I have raised a complaint to Tata Motors Toll Free No.[protected], complaint no.[protected], date : 28 Dec 20 I have received a mail from Tata motors on 29 Dec 20 that was also refer the same thing. I have attached the booking receipt and complaint replied mail. I want refund of full amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
