Tata Motors — ORVM auto folding not working after software upgrade for lock/unlock issue

Hello Tata Team,

I have Tata Nexon XZ+ variant. Since couple of months i was facing issue with lock/unlock my car. Yesterday i handover my car to showroom and they tolld me that we will upgrade software for lock/unlock and you issue will be resolved after upgrade.

Today i got my car and observed that ORVM not closing automatically after car lock. So called showroom again and explained the issue. They told me that this could be software issue. Later said if you want to fix this issue then your auto lock feature for speed beyond 20kmph will not work. Either of one feature will work.

When i told him that i will send a mail to Tata Motor and get the exact reason then they are arguing with for wait for some time our technical team will connect with you for same issue.

Tata Team, Please help me in this asap.
