Tata Motors — Part Delivery takes more than one month every time - Got no update from local dealor - Got part every time after complaining to customer case | |||
This is 5th or 6th time I am complaining to TATA motors about this issues that every time part order takes more than one month and no update is given by Miles motors. Vehicle registration no : GJ 6 HD 7831 Refer my below email and complain logged by me to Customer care department on Toll free number. This time it took almost 2 months and still part is not received. Before two weeks I called and chat with Mr. Joshi @ Miles motor and he updated me that part is on the way and will be arrived in few days. When I called after 5 days I got an update that "will check in store and update you" but then after no call received from him. Again I called day before yesterday and I got an update form Mr. Joshi that "we got a wrong part from Tata motors and we have requested again for correct part". Can I have the details that actually that part is ordered or not? When was it order? ON time or when I called them then after they ordered it. Who is looking into my complaint which are logged so many times in customer care but got no response/action taken? Calling in Customer care as well for logging my complain one more time.
