Tata Motors — Pathetic after sales support by TATA

I’m writing this letter as there is no other option left now. I’m fed up of one of your authorised dealer here in PCMC area, dealer name is Panchjanya and they are having a service Center in Chinchwad.
I gave my car for servicing on 5th of December 2021 and I specifically informed my service advisor about the pick up issue I was facing in my car. They returned my car same day without resolving the issue but they told me that the issue has been resolved. I took my car to Karwar on 7th December 2021 which is 530kms from Pune. I faced the same issue and almost got saved on two occasions as I was not able to overtake and during the drive I got hit by another car and got a dent on my tailgate. I came back on 5th January from Karwar, as there is no authorised service centre in karwar I couldn’t get my car repaired. Anyway I came on 5th January and gave my car again to Panchjanya thinking they will resolve my issue, they did resolved the pick up issue by changing spark plugs but the tailgate repair issue is still open from my side. They kept my car for almost 16 days just for a small work. There was no follow up from their side, not on a single occasion. They returned my car first time almost after 8 days that too the paint work was not done properly, there were blisters/bubbles on tailgate, I have videos of the same.
So they asked me to drop my car again on 22nd Jan, they again kept my car for almost 8 days and returned my car again on 29th Jan I.e yesterday but still it wasn’t done properly. I can clearly see two different shades of colours on tailgate. I’m really surprised the way the body shop handled of Panchjanya handled my case and I can guarantee you that these guys are inefficient to do any paint work.
I tried raising issue to Branch manager Mr. Pareira but to my surprise even he wasn’t ready for any customer feedback and he threatened me to complain about him and his team to anyone in TATA and after talking to him even I got the feeling that I can’t do anything here as during my call to Mr. Pareira he threatened me that even if I complain to anyone in TATA the complaint will come back to him and he only has to resolve It,
I never expected that I will get this kind of after sales support from TATA or else I would have never purchased a tata car. I have used Honda, Maruti cars in past but never had such a bad experience with any of the authorised service Center.
Shalakha from Panchjanya called me yesterday and assured me that they will get it resolved by sending some person to my place but I’m against any jugaad work, they have got the money from my insurance company and if they are inefficient with the paint job, they should replace my tailgate As I’m not going to accept any jugaad work on my car.
