[Resolved] Tata Motors — payment not received | |||
I bought a car (Model : tata tiago, reg. No:tn 13 l 8191, month:feb/march) in 2018; while purchase, i'd paid excess amount than the billed amount. However, the showroom person also didn't highlighted it to me. Later, i'd realized and asked the showroom to return back my excess money. But showroom person asked me to submit the letter. Without my consent the showroom have transferred my excess money to servicing team in order to compensate the expenses of dent in my car which was made by service center during delivery. Kindly investigate the same swiftly and return back my money on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |||
