[Resolved] Tata Motors — permanent no and rc

I purchased my tata tiago from your authorized dealer tata treo okhla on 19th august"18 and it's been around 3 months and did not get permanent number and rc, i have been roaming around all staffs and even met general manager, he made promises on every day but didn't fulfil as yet, now i am very upset, kindly provide me the solution asap earliest possible.
