[Resolved] Tata Motors — poor service & staff response | |||||
Dear sir, i have given my car (Tigor) for service purpose against vehicle no:gj1 bh 4325 to progressive cars pvt ltd (Tata service center). We many times called them for pickup the car for service purpose but they not giving any response for it and getting late. And also they giving bad service to us, abt this we asking the staff & manager they not giving proper response for it. So we fully upset for this now we thinking why we buy the car from tata company. So pls give proper service to coustmer. Customer satisfication is important. Pls take action to progressive cars pvt ltd and do the needful for us. Was this information helpful? | |||||
