Tata Motors — poor services from tata motors dealer at agartala (progressive motors) | |||
Sir, 2 months ago, i bought a new vehicle tata xenon from the progressive motors, agartala, tripura. But they don't give me the original tax invoice. They are give me a invoice in a white a4 paper. Moreover, the servicing units of that concern also have the poor quality of services. Spare parts are not available there. Even ac gas is not present in their servicing centre. Suspension bush also not available. If this conditions is in the service centre or workshop, then how will we maintain our vehicles and how will we believe in tata motors. Sir, the above is my first complaint. Sir, again i have sent the above said vehicle for ac gas and changing the bush. But, again i am felt that the their capability of work is very poor. Even this time also they don't have the ac gas. Just these two works' they took 48 hours time. Though the service & repair is not completed and they said the work is done. Then how would we maintain our vehicle and where to go for service and repair. This kind of service from a reputed company is not acceptable. Look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
