Hi,
I am vandana bhadlikar. Recenly i purchase tata tigore in feb 2018 from panchjnya automobiles, bhosari, pune. I have completed 2nd servicing of car. I observed that, the portion of diky is not properly pasted with body. I feel that the pasting work is not done by tata motors. It looks very shabby. It doesn't feel that, pasting work is completed by tata motorshop. So i brought this issue in notice to service manager of panchajnya. He told me that this is not our issue, only tata motors will resolve this. Panchajanya will intimate to tata motors, whatever be their solution will intimate to u.
Now my question is that what is the responsibility of qc dept of tata motors?. Why panchjany takes time to intimate solution from tata? Finaly i want to be get finished work of pasting what ever i descried in above para under proper supervision without any cost.
