Tata Motors — rc not received after one month after full payment

I bought a tata nexon on 22.11.2017.. The sales guy whose name was babon basak took the entire amount 54000 of rc at the dealer. But didnt gave me the money recipt on the date of purchase n after few days i came to know he wisked with the rc amount.. Till now i have not received my reg. No. I hv complained everywhere bt the dealer is saying tat if they catch the culprit only then we wl recive our money. Is this only what tata is capable of giving their customers... Seriously ur services sucks... I know only one thing i need my registration certificate as soon as possible dot know how...
