On 29 june 2022 our vehicle (TATA NEXON EV) vehicle no KL 64 K 8836 had met with a breakdown (main battery cell damage) at 5:30 pm. According to the information from the TATA dealer, We will get a refund (the taxi charge from the location where the vehicle met with breakdown to the destination where we need to go) for that, they had requested for some documents. We had already sent the documents and details of what they had asked to us. There are no more responses from the team. They are requesting the same details again and again. I am attaching all the documents and details here what they had requested
