[Resolved] Tata Motors — refund of booking charges of the tata nexon | |||
Please note that i had booked tata nexon xz+ for the purchase by submitting a cheque of rs 10, 000 on 06/10/19 to treo tata, go auto pvt ltd, safdarjung enclave, new delhi - 110029. However, later i found that it is very difficult to park this vehicle into my parking space because of its bigger size. Before booking, i was not allowed to take a test drive for parking the vehicle so i could not know the feasibility of parking. Therefore, i cancelled my booking on 14.10.2019 with a request of returning the booking amount of rs 10, 000 after deducting their cancellation cancellation charge as applicable. So far as on 06.11.2019, there is no response from treo tata, whenever i call the team leader mr deenu kumar, he said he will inquire and let me know but they never called me to give the refund.
