I have bought a Tata Hexa Car from Auto Vikas, Moti Nagar, Delhi in February, 2019. At the time of booking I have asked for extended warranty for car. Then, the executive (Shapath Verma) has made a deal and give the final price. I have made the whole payment. And, now after 2-3 months, service center guy, told me to please buy an extended warranty.
But now, when I checked with the sales guy, he is straight away refusing that I have made a payment for extended warranty. And, adjust my payment by make fake bills for some car accessories that I have not asked for and never given to me.
And, I have been suffering from a month, went to the showroom so many times, but they are not entertaining me and neither giving me any response. I have taken so many leaves from office for this purpose. But these sales guys are not doing anything Was this information helpful? |
