[Resolved]  Tata Motors — regarding non-availability of spare part and fake promise by service centre

Dear team,

On 22/07/2019, i visited jd autonation, bilaspur, chhattisgarh in order to change tata safari dicor lx - 3l's front radiator fiber grill. Subject to non availability of mentioned spare part, i was charged inr 1000 as advance with the promise to bring the part withing 5 days. I received a call that the part available and i can come and get the work done. Upon visiting on 3/09/2019, i was said that, the ordered part was not available and hence they asked me to adjust with safari storm's front grill which was not at all acceptable. Upon asking them to refund the advance, n number of reasons were given, finally they agreed to refund the amount with so many paper works, which spoiled my time. Still waiting for the amount to be credited. One more thing, if i have an old model car, won't i get the spare part? Is the only option left is to set the car on fire or sell it to a scrap dealer??? Why there is no option as the authorized tata service centres bluntly denies for any support?

Dear Sir,
I own Tata Tiago XE petrol purchased in 2016 and I am facing problem regarding NVH. While driving huge noise comes inside the car from engine compartment. Also for reverse gear it is making big noise. I request you please provide me solution for this. So where I can fix this let me know it in detail.
In coimbatore tafe access purley cheat their customers...they have not retify a problems...they have put a used spare parts to the vechile..but they telling new parts they put...purely cheat their customer...very worst service..
