Tata Motors — regarding service of nano twist in varanasi

Dear sir i dr surendra pratap mishra purchased nano twist on 31/10/2015 i booked for service on 01/02/2018 for major problem that is vehicle is giving heating indicator suddenly stops in heavy traffic and continuous reminder is given from my side and vehicle was once serviced for same reason at present is still on hold at service centre from 1/02/2018 till date. Reason still not known neither the delivery date is cofirmed in varanasi laharartara may be due to paucity of expert at that point i am facing problems. Kindly send expertise as early as possible. Kindly take action for faster procedure. Thanking you.
