Tata Motors — regarding the passenger car and the updates given to the latest vehicle | |||
Hello sir this is ansar from tamilnadu (Ooty) I purchased a tata harrier xz (Tn 43 k 4140) before just 6 months back. I face lots o[censored]pdates given to the vechile and i also faced a problem with some spares in the tata harrier which was changed to me through warranty being a premiere vechile of tata we had a lot of hope of tata vechile and we purchased and faced spare problem changing the spare in warranty really feels like “how can a brand new vechile purchased just before 6 months have this much complaint on its spare parts “ i faced a brake drum prob in just 1000km and it’s was changed with warranty i have door rubber cut prob and prob in gear oil seal and so you can check my vechile history for for information really a very unsatisfied customer of tata motors. And a major dissatisfaction and problem where all tata harrier owners feels are in just 6 months tata motors have given many major updates in the vechile like : 1) increased bhp 2) panaromic sunroof 3) automatic transmission 4) machine cut alloys 5) reduced the size of the side mirror And etc Where as all previous tata motors customers had a faith on tata motors and purchased the vechile where we dint have any of this major updates. It’s highly disappointing that customers who purchased the harrier vechile to just support the tata motors are now just left out so disappointing on tata motors for this very short time major updates given to the vechile. We feel like the harrier old model is totally out dated from the market now with boring alloys engine perfomace and without sunroof and automatic transmission. So we kindly inform you to take perfect action on this to make tata motors harrier customers to get satisfied with the old tata vechile are give us some exchange policy are get updates from the company are do something. We all feel really disgusting what tata motors did with harrier customers really a very unsatisfied customers. “i bought this car with a dream getting into tata motors.in just 6 months you have made the old one the outdated model by giving 10 new updates in just 6 months for the new tata harrier i am totally fed up now thinking about the my tata harrier.
