[Resolved] Tata Motors — registration issue , payment issue | |||||
Dear Tata motors Am really excited to buy tiago as my first car.Tata engineering put lot of effort to make it as king on road.From that after delivery am facing lot of issue till issues not solved its since 08/12/2018.1) car registration not to be done due to NCS dealer Alappuzha they miss the document form 22 digital sign..dealer executive mentioned it will came from pune get soon from december 2nd week(now 1.5 month) 2)tiago was intialy book at November 2018 at that time it was Concorde motor as Alappuzha dealer am given them 5, 000inr to the dealer after they change the delarship no clue for concorde motor .The executive told me cash get back ur account december last, then say jan 1st wek, 2nd wek bla bla...Its been worst feeling am really feeling sorry for tata .Tata really grown by quality product only not for customer relation pls make sure about customer issue ...
