Tata Motors — Revised Excise Duty

I had bought a Tata Sumo Gold Cr4 Gx on 20.03.2014. There appeared a news on 18th February that Tata would reduce the price of Sumo on the basis of the Excise tax revision by the Central Govt. But when I got the Sumo I had to pay more than the price on 18/02/2014. More over Mohandas Motors Trivandrum fail to give any details of the revised rate.
