I have purchased tata car from cargo motors and took delivery on 16th jan 2022. the sale invoice is dated on 15th jan, 2022. The tata motors has internal system to manage details of customer vehicles that is TMSC app. That app has purchase date of my car as 21 dec, 2021 instead of 15th jan, 2022 (sale invoice date), warranty end date is 20 dec 2023 instead of 14th jan, 2024 and first service dues date is 21 feb 2022 instead of 15th march 2022.
After raising my issues to Cargo motors(dealer), they didn't fix it till 20 days after the delivery.
After that I raised the issue to Tata motors, but it's been around 6-7 days, they have not fixed my issue yet.
Currently the first service due date is 21st feb, 2022. the other service centers only checks TMSC app and does free services as per the sue date mentioned there that is 21st feb, 2022. But it's not actual due date of my car service. my car is only driven upto 150km and there's no point of free service now.
TATA MOTORS DOESN'T SOLVE MY ISSUE.
Apart from this date issue, there were multiple system and documentation issues which i had found and raised to Cargo Motors. They fixed them after 20 days. Was this information helpful? |
