Dear complainant team
I am writing this compliant regrading the second service which has to be made by tata with the consideration of lockdown due to covid19.
I had received the delivery of tata nrg dl12cs1364 on 12th january 2020. At the first time the service was done on march 2020 and after that second service scheduled to be done after the lockdown. I have called for them today for the service date 13 september 2020, they have told me about the service is lapsed and now it will be third service because i drove the car more than 8900 kilometre but as per metre reading it is not more than 3000km.
