Hi Tata motors team member,
I m realy disappointed with tata motors car service.
Purchase my first car with tata Tiago. (UP 25 DN 4209) car purchase date July 2022, As per company rule provide the 3 free services but every services taking so much amount and service quality not so good .
Today ( 5 Aug 2023 ) my 3rd service appointment booked and my service token no 2nd during that time advisor focuse on only paid service . advisor not taking much importance in free service.
Week point :-
* Nobudday display the menu as per item price and prices are different.
* Adviser not responding
* Taking so much time during the car services
* All services engineer like a fresher.
* Service quality very poor
* technical manager (Rakesh )talking very rudely.some example like manger saying I m working only tata and Jo karna hai kr sakte ? Kind of attitude
* service policy very bad as compared to hyndai
