[Resolved]  Tata Motors — service issue with concorde motors

I purchased a Tata Harrier XZ on 1st June 2019 from Concorde Motors, Thane. As I have opted for a choice number I asked dealer to pay tax without number for which they said ok but they didn't paid tax even after my continuous follow ups. They paid tax on 6th July 2019 due to which I was unable to drive my Harrier for 36 days after delivery.
Meanwhile I received a call from Concorde Motors saying I will receive a call from Tata Motors for feedback so please give us high rating and I did the same which was my biggest mistake.
The reason behind this is, vehicle delivered to me without explaining its all features. Also I had made an excess payment of Rs. 33, 129/- for Gold AMC which was wrongly explained to me. Today is 27th August and dealer has not refunded the excess amount after so many times following up with them.
Now problems with the Harrier...
1) Android Auto is not working on my phone since day 1. After complaining about this they told me that my data cable is not original. I purchased 3 cables still I was facing the same issue. Then they called one third party technician on 17th July. After inspecting my vehicle that technician told me that my phone has higher android version and system of harrier is not compatible with that. Why the sales person told me this thing before buying the vehicle.

2) Another issue with brake lights. Brake lights were turning on automatically so I took my vehicle to service center and they rectified the issue.

3) On 3rd July 2019 while I was driving my Harrier with family, got stuck in a traffic jam. It was raining heavily outside. After 10-12 minutes I could smell something burning. Firstly I suspected something burning outside, but my son pointed out that there was smoke coming out from bonnet. Being with family, I immediately switched off the car and got out of the car with family in heavy rains. I called service center guys but they were not reachable so decided to wait for some time. After an hour I started it again and returned home with frightened heart as it was late night. I called the service center next day and informed about the incident and they told me that its common issue and there is no reason to worry for me, we will pick your vehicle tomorrow and rectify this issue in warranty. Today is 27th August, neither they picked up the vehicle nor they shown courtesy to call me. Vehicle is parked in my parking lot since then.
