[Resolved] Tata Motors — service, vague answers and irresponsible replies for complaints | |||
I have purchased tata zest from elite autolink rajkot. As a complimentary they have provided me reverse parking car sensor. After few months it was not working properly and whenever i put my car in service station here, they just say they will look into it. Since one year they are saying this. Today, when i put my car on 3rd free service, i have raised the issue again but they now say they cannot do anything. They even didn't provided me the bill for the accessories they have provided. Now, the elite service station is giving me vague answers. I have refused to take my car back from the service station until they resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
