[Resolved] Tata Motors — servicing not done. 32 days still car is in service center | |||
Dear sir, I am owner of nexon mh fe 6064. Purchased on 1st august 2019. The car met with an accident on 30 sep 2019 and was taken to repairs at your dealership tata khamla motors nagpur. I have been following up with the dealer for last 32 days but every time he comes with different excuses. Tata is an indian company that was a reason for me to purchase this car. But dealer kept on saying that parts are not available till 24 days after full inspection by the insurance company also. How is it possible for a brand new car of the company; that parts are not available. Even if parts are not available in this center, he can get them in 3 days from any corner of india till nagpur. Till today i haven't received my car. I am facing a lot of difficulties because your dealership lethargic behaviour. We have bought this car because of tata's reputation but your dealership hampering it. Kindly take the necessary action. Was this information helpful? | |||
