[Resolved] Tata Motors — servicing of tata zest | |||
Hello sir, I am having a tata zest no.- rj20cd6008. Today there was a check light signal in meter and as i walked in to service centre and left my car there then i came back home after preparing job card. After some time he (Mr. Saurabh - [protected]) called me and said that they have driven the car for 10km and there is no major fault just a fm antenna prob... After that i asked him to drop my car as i was not interested for radio antenna repairing... But as they drop my car at home i saw a new prob that it was now showing battery signal and as i called him back then he told that alternator is not working... But this prob was not present when i handed over my car to service centre and they also didn't inform me regarding alternator prob because it was not present that time... Now i need to resolve my prob which is created in service centre as it was not present with that complain before. I am attaching a job card photo which shows that car was not having alternator issue before and not mentioned in job card too. Thanks Dr. Dushyant singh Was this information helpful? | |||
