I am Arkib Dutta, I have purchased a Tata Altroz XZ+ Dark edition on February 20, 2022 from Pragati Motors (Authorised Tata Dealer), Jorhat, Assam. At my request, the car was delivered to me at my residence in Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati, Assam. But I am extremely disappointed by the service offered to me and I would like to point out the inconveniences received.
1. Delayed delivery : It was supposed to be delivered in the morning by 10 am, but it was delivered at around 5 pm.
2. It was delivered in a very pathetic condition, without even being washed(photos attached).
3. Did not receive 2 smart keys at the time of delivery. I was informed that in some models the 2nd pair of key is being delivered within 8 to 9 months which I have not received yet.
4. Till date I am having only 1 pair of keys and that too not in proper working condition, facing disruptions in locking, unlocking and even starting the car.
With sheer disappointment with the after sale service, I am forced to write and escalate this matter expecting to get improved service and continue my relationship with Tata Motors. Was this information helpful? |
