[Resolved] Tata Motors — spare parts. and poor maintenance | |||
Last few months i purchased a new tata tiago car. After completing 5500 km the car have some problems. While we are run the car right side front tyre have greese leackage problem. Once i see this immediately i approach my nearest tata dealer named malayalam vehicles moovattupuzha. They will say there is issue in the right side boot. The problem has happening not my problem. That is a manufacturing problem. The dealer will say they have no spare parts they will order the parts and it will taken 10 days. Today 15 day finished their is no spare parts and no maintance.15 days i'm not use my car. Tata have no responsibility after they make sale. Very poor consumer preferences that tata taken. I make so many phone calles your representative es. But they have no answer. They every one say we ordered but not come.15 days.
