I have given my car up32gn2696 for service on 21.01.2019 in your authorised service center i. E. Srm motors lucknow. When i gave my car then there was no problem and only service was required which was checked by advisor mr siraj khan.in afternoon i received a call from advisor that suspension, excel & brake work is also required, but i said that i'll do that in next visit and my advisor said ok. I was not informed for any other problem as there was no other problem.
In evening i made online payment and car was handovered to my driver. When my driver started the car missing, starting & pickup problem was there, he immediately informed the same to advisor, and car was handed back to srm. Next day they said that timing work is required, i said to adjust the timing and work will be done in next visit, advisor said ok. Mechanic said to run 200km on petrol and car will come in proper condition. My car has ran more than 200km and the problem is same. I visited back srm and informed them, now they are saying head work is to be done.
I had complaint for this in tata with complaint no. 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected]. I want an immediate resolution for same as it is workshops fault, and i will not pay anything for correcting this fault.
I am continuously complaining and doing followups for same with srm as well as tata but getting no solution. Tata customer care is saying to contact tml service manager mr rohit gupta but he is saying that srm gm is senior then him and he will do what gm will say. Even mr jitendra k mahura (Rspmm-north) of tata is also saying same. If workshops gm has to take final decision then what tata team is doing for its customers.
