Tata Motors — Starting problem and battery problem.

I bought a brand new Tata Punch hoping one of the best in class. But all the legacy they talked about is realised by me today. It has been 6 and a half months since buying a car and the battery drained out after 10 days of non-operation of the car. I called the toll-free no. for roadside assistance. They registered a complaint as CSR No. ATATA[protected], and said mechincs would reach me out in 2 hours but everything went vein. I again called the roadside assistant but again the same thing was being repeated mechanics were being arranged . I am still hoping for the best after 5 hrs. Now no one is going to attendant. Very pathetic services by Tata Motors and its alliance group.
