Dear Sir,
This has reference to the discussion I had with you regarding TRUCK no MH 17 BY-2728,
there was a manufacturing fault in the steering gearbox for repairing Se Submitted the vehicle on the 6th of May 2022 and to date i.e 12th May 2022 you have not taken fast action on this complaint.
since last week tanker business is held up and we have had a huge financial loss
is this is the system of attending the complaint?
We are very unhappy with this
