I own a brand new Tata Harrier XZ+ which started making a strange sound while put on 5th and 6th gears within 3 days of purchasing. I have complained about the issue on my first servicing to our regional dealer (Tiddim Motors, Imphal Manipur), but they failed to resolve the issue. After that, I have complained time and again about the same issue to our regional dealer and also I have spoken many times with the concerned persons from the regional servicing center (Tiddim Motors) and even they had the vehicle in their custody on 3 instances (left vehicle with them for 1-2 days) regarding the same issue but the issue still exists and I believe that they are not taking my complaint seriously.
My concern is that I am very unsatisfied with the kind of response I am getting from them and I am repeatedly told that they have sent mail to corporate office and waiting for reply but for how long??? It has been more than a week now and I don’t have an idea when to get my issue resolved…
I am drawing your attention to kindly look into this matter ASAP and I am afraid that I won’t be able to own it if this issue remains unresolved.. I hope you might be knowing the kind of attachment and sentiment while buying a new vehicle and also the family’s emotions and I think there is no point in owning a brand new vehicle with unresolved issues.
