Tata Motors — tata altroz delay in delivery

I have booked the tata altroz (Xm) red color petrol bsvi model from "ncs automotives" (Kayamkulam outlet, kerala) on 10th july 2020 by paying a token amount of rs 21000 against their commitment to give me the delivery on 15th august 2020 (Marriage purpose) and the same was mentioned in the invoice also, again on 5th august we paid another rs 50000 for easy availability of the car as per the instructions from the executive mr ratheesh. As per the commitment by the dealer, i called the executive today on 18th august for the final payment. But the executive don't respond. And after called the finance manager he replied me that he will inform me the status after checking their system. But no one called me till today evening. Then i directly went to the showroom and meet the manager one mr manoj and informe me that they can't delivered the vehicle on the due date. Finally he asked me to contact the agm and when we called the agm he says some excuses.
We are not accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like tata motors.
We need the delivery on 20th august. If there is no other option as this order is for a wedding purpose.

Same is happened in my case they have delayed 1month. Committed was oct 3rd as on Oct 10 they are saying manufacturing only not started. I booked ok September 5th. Worst service

I have booked the Altroz XZ petrol variant on 17 october & assured that it will got delivery on Diwali but still getting the same update from dealer that it is not arranged yet.
No update is coming from Dealer, I have to called the executive on every alternate day to get the status but not getting delivery status they just give the fake assurance.
As a Indian Consumer we trust our Indian Brands but disappointed after seeing such response from a Indian company like TATA Motors.

I have booked Altroz Xm+ New variant in two showrooms for getting delivery soon. Its almost 60 days, Still I’m waiting for the delivery.
